I was visiting my Son in Salisbury just last week, and the first thing that came to my mind outside the Old Woolworths is this town is dead without the sound of Dave Hum playing his Banjo and bringing such lovely melodies to the town and brightening up every shopping trip in the city R.I.P Dave Hum

I've loved his banjo videos but was totally ignorant he actually hailed from England, until now. I thought the sort of Irish folk sounds were just Appalachian influence, not actually from being from that side of the pond. Absolutely love his legacy; he is appreciated and on playlists of many people he inspires to this day.
